My experience in designing my web page is that building my website allows

me to be myself in a certain way. The decisions that I made that best suited my professional development are that my previous jobs have helped me build the reputation of my resume so that potential employers will easily hire me. Also, my professional development has allowed me to be stress-free since I only have to focus on my studies in my three years here at Old Dominion University. Since designing my web page has not been new to me, I have had some capstone project experiences as far as building a website from scratch is concerned. My major in Information Technology involves learning how to create a website from scratch because of how complex and sophisticated it is to make sure that a web page is secured and reliable for those visiting your website. As far as professional development is concerned, it helps me create my own business while at the same time helping clients out with their daily concerns.

I believe that my Work-Life balance based on the time and year that we are living in is that family comes first for employees because work helps build up our income over time. Additionally, it provides a stress-free environment knowing that your co-workers care about you and have your back during the tough times in life. The fall semester is usually the best time for college students to find jobs through job sites like Indeed and Handshake. Although it has been five years since I have had a job, I feel that getting an internship is not out of the question even though my parents say it is too late to get one since I am currently a senior at ODU. This is probably a scenario in which balancing work and life can get quite hectic because of the circumstances that can come out of hand sometimes.
